Lodging at Unicoi State Park is in high demand due to the popularity of the conference dates, during peak fall color and OktoberFest in nearby Helen, GA. Use EEA discount code: 09947 to book Unicoi rooms or cabins at the guaranteed lowest rates. The lodging discount code may be used by any conference attendee and is good for Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat, and/or Sun nights.

  • To book lodging by phone: Call 1-800-573-9659; provide reservations agent with your dates and EEA discount code 09947; select your favorite available room and pay for the first night.
  • To book lodging online: Click here; enter arrival and departure dates at bottom of page; click Search; ignore results; enter EEA discount code 09947 in box at top left; search again for rooms in the conference block at discount rates; select your favorite and pay.

Room sharing is one good way to save costs. Tent, RV and Squirrel's Nest Camping is available at Unicoi for as little as $20/night, as space allows. Some rooms and some campsites are dog-friendly. Lodging can be canceled with 8 days notice, so those who are not sure of their ability to attend the Conference may want to snag a room now, while they are available. The first night's lodging is billed at the time of reservation and the balance on check-in.
