Education about climate change and environmental problems can elicit feelings of anxiety, grief, anger, and hopelessness in students. How do we educate students about pressing environmental problems—including intersections with social justice issues—in a way that avoids traumatizing students, and instead facilitates emotional resilience and empowers them to take action?
