EENC Community Call: In-Person Programming/Events and Social Distancing

  • Wed, June 17, 2020
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

This round table discussion provides a space for environmental educators to come together and chat informally for collaboration, support, and connection. All are welcome from any area of practice or interest, but this particular round table discussion will focus on nonformal education programming and events in the "new normal."  Topics to explore:

  • What are your plans for the next 6-9 months for in-person programs and events for the general public, schools, camps, families, etc.?
  • How are you planing to use biofacts, live animals and other "touchable" props with social distancing?
  • What are you thinking for hands-on activities?

We don't have the answers, but we're hoping that together, we can create solutions!

Conversation facilitated by Sarah Baillie and Lauren Pyle
